Enrollment and Registration
- All enrollments are subject to availability and acceptance by SoundForge Academy
- Students must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Enrollment fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
- Students must be at least 16 years of age or have parental consent
Payment Terms
- Full payment is required before the start of the program unless a payment plan is arranged
- Late payments may result in suspension of studio access and class participation
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before program start
- Equipment deposits are refundable upon program completion and equipment return
Student Responsibilities
- Attend all scheduled classes and complete assignments
- Respect studio equipment and follow all safety guidelines
- Maintain professional conduct toward instructors and fellow students
- Report any equipment damage or technical issues immediately
- Comply with studio access hours and security procedures
Studio Access and Equipment Use
- Studio access is granted only to enrolled students during program duration
- Students are responsible for any damage to equipment caused by misuse
- Food and beverages are not permitted in studio control rooms
- Personal recording equipment must be approved before use in studios
Intellectual Property
- All course materials are proprietary to SoundForge Academy
- Students retain ownership of their creative work produced during programs
- SoundForge Academy may use student work for promotional purposes with consent
- Unauthorized recording or distribution of course content is prohibited
Cancellation and Rescheduling
- SoundForge Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances
- Students will be notified of any schedule changes as soon as possible
- In case of program cancellation by the academy, full refunds will be provided
Limitation of Liability
SoundForge Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs or use of our facilities.
